How it all started:

Being a lover of artisan bakeries, whimsical florists and chocolate box cafes there is nothing I love more than a wander round a local market to admire the talented crafters and makers. I don't need much persuasion to purchase a beautifully hand drawn card, a candle whose scent reminds me of happy times by the sea, a tactile piece of pottery or a chocolate brownie or two.  

I used to spend most of the lead up to Christmas Day visiting various Christmas markets across Glasgow and Edinburgh and always wondered why we didn't have one in my home town of Stirling. It's such as beautiful town and we have the most amazingly talented crafters and makers that we should be supporting.  I loved the idea of bringing those talents together while at the same time getting the people of Stirling out and about, enjoying our city at Christmas.  And so our story began….
